Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of employee well-being on innovation capability, specifically exploring the mediating role of women’s leadership skills within Nasyiatul Aisyiyah, an Islamic youth women’s leadership organization. Utilizing a quantitative approach, data were collected through a survey of 104 members and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results demonstrate that employee well-being significantly enhances both women’s leadership skills and overall innovation capability. Additionally, women’s leadership skills were found to significantly drive innovation and partially mediate the relationship between employee well-being and innovative capacity. Practically, these findings emphasize the necessity for organizations to design synergistic programs that simultaneously nurture cadre well-being and cultivate female leadership. By doing so, organizations can fundamentally strengthen the innovation capabilities required to sustain and expand effective preaching and also social empowerment initiatives.
